The Valley Diaries #5: Closing the Year
As the year comes to a close, progress at The Valley Resort continues in a steady rhythm.
It is mid-December, and the weather has been unusually gentle, allowing work on site to continue before winter conditions and snow will naturally slow things down. In this final Valley Diaries entry of the year, we’re sharing a brief overview of the key technical milestones and on-site developments reached during this period.

Three water pumps have been successfully installed, completing an essential part of the site’s infrastructure.

The automation of house P69 is now finished and currently undergoing testing, ensuring all systems function smoothly and reliably.

At the factory, two four-person houses are fully completed and ready for delivery.

On site, work is underway on the new foundations for eight additional four-person houses, with completion scheduled for spring.

The infinity pool has also been completed and is now being tested throughout the winter, with particular focus on the heating system and its performance in colder conditions.

These developments may not be immediately visible, but they form the backbone of what is being built here: careful preparation, tested systems, and long-term thinking. As the holiday season approaches, The Valley Resort naturally slows down, entering a period of fine-tuning and quiet readiness.

We close this year with a sense of balance and continuity.
We wish you peaceful days and a new season shaped by calm, clarity, and quiet confidence. The Valley Resort moves forward with steady focus into the year ahead.
