April brought a new kind of momentum to The Valley Resort.

Some months are defined by visible change. New structures, new shapes, new views. April was different. It was a month where the resort moved forward through the details that make a place truly work: water, land, light, comfort, safety, and the first foundations of future guest arrival.
Across the site, the project entered a more connected phase. The houses are no longer only architectural objects in a mountain setting. Around them, the systems, landscape, and infrastructure that will one day support daily life at the resort are beginning to come together.

Water begins to flow through The Valley

One of the most important milestones this month was the activation of tap water in the park.
It may sound like a simple technical step, but on site it changes everything. Water brings function into the resort. It connects the houses to the wider infrastructure and marks another step from construction toward future use.
After months of planning, preparation, and work beneath the surface, this part of the resort is now becoming operational. For a project like The Valley, these are the milestones that create the base for everything that follows: comfort inside the homes, practical use of the facilities, and eventually, the everyday rhythm of guests staying here.

The landscape is taking shape

Around the houses, terrain arrangement continued throughout April.
The land is being prepared, shaped, and softened around the holiday homes. Grass has been seeded, and the first steps have been taken toward creating a natural transition between architecture and landscape.
This part of the process needs time. The mountain setting is not something to decorate around the houses; it is part of the experience. The goal is for each home to feel anchored in its surroundings, connected to the slope, the views, the changing weather, and the natural rhythm of The Valley.
Now spring takes over part of the work. With warmer days, rain, and longer daylight, the newly prepared ground will slowly begin to change. The green will return, the edges will settle, and the homes will start to feel more naturally embedded in the land.

A smarter layer is being built into every holiday home

Automation works are also continuing across all holiday homes in the resort.
This is one of the most essential details of The Valley experience, because it will shape how guests interact with the homes every day. The system is being designed to support lighting, climate control, water heating, selected wellness functions, pergola protection, and several safety features within each unit.
For future guests, this means comfort will feel simple and intuitive. They will be able to adjust the key settings that matter during their stay, while essential systems continue to run automatically in the background.

For the 2-person holiday homes, the automation will also include jacuzzi-related controls. For the 4-person homes, the system will support the private sauna and infinity pool functions. These features are part of what makes each unit more than just a place to stay. They help create a private, personal retreat where technology supports the experience without taking attention away from it.

Good hospitality is often felt in the details guests do not have to think about. A warm home when they arrive. Lighting that supports the mood of the space. Wellness features that are easy to use. Systems that protect comfort, safety, and energy use behind the scenes.
This work is still ongoing and will continue step by step as the holiday homes move closer to readiness.

As part of the wider automation and infrastructure works, the installation of public lighting along the walking paths has also started. This is another important step in preparing the resort for future guest use, improving safety and accessibility while also shaping the atmosphere of The Valley Resort after sunset.

The Reception begins to take its place

The Reception also moved into its next stage this month, with the foundation now in progress.
This building will become an important point of arrival within the resort. In the future, it will serve as the reception and shop: the first place where guests are welcomed, oriented, and introduced to The Valley.
For now, it begins with the ground. With structure. With the first physical outline of a building that will later carry a very human function.
Arrival matters in hospitality. It is the moment where a guest leaves the outside world behind and enters the experience of a place. The Reception will become part of that first impression, and April marked the beginning of its physical presence in the resort.

April was a month of connection

Looking back, April was not about one single transformation. It was about several important parts of the resort beginning to connect.

Water is now flowing through the park.
The land around the houses is being prepared for a greener season.
Automation is being built into every holiday home.
Lighting works have started along the walking paths.
And the foundation of the Reception is taking shape.

Together, these steps bring The Valley Resort closer to the experience it is being designed to become: a mountain retreat where architecture, nature, comfort, and thoughtful technology work together.
Each month adds another layer. Some are visible from a distance. Others are felt later, in the way a guest arrives, moves through the resort, enters a warm home, opens the terrace, turns on the lights, or spends an evening surrounded by mountain air, under the stars.

That is what April added to The Valley. Not only progress on site, but the beginning of a more complete guest experience. The resort continues to move forward step by step, season by season, with the mountain changing around it and the vision becoming more real with each passing month.

Follow along as we share monthly glimpses of how a mountain becomes a sanctuary, a valley becomes a feeling, and a dream turns into a place where you belong.
